The Perfect Potato Wedges


I love potato wedges, and I think I’ve found the perfect ones! To make this I used:

500g Irish Potatoes (cut into quarters)


Pre heat the oven to 180˚.In a large deep frying pan, add oil and allow it to heat up. Add the potatoes, and fry until golden brown.
On a baking tray, add the potatoes and sprinkle cinnamon, salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve while hot. I served these with kale and chicken bites.
