Cheesy Chips are the perfect late-night snack and a great accompaniment to any meal. You can also add different ingredients to make them your own. We have added bacon to the ones pictured above.

Recipe (for one) :
– One potato
– 100g grated cheddar cheese
 
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c
2. Add a little oil to a baking tray and place in the oven
3. Cut the potatoes into chip-like shapes to your preferred thickness
4. Remove the baking tray and add the chips
5. Put back in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes
6. Remove the chips and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top
7. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt
