This is a recipe for (vegetarian) lasagna.
You can add minced meat if you want too, but it is more than good enough without it.
The recipe gives one very large lasagna. You can half the recipe for a smaller portion.
1 red paprika
A can of chopped tomatoes
0.33 cup / 75g of butter
0.6 cups/ 75g of plain flour
4 cups / 9dl of milk
This is what you do:
Sweat the onion and the other vegetables in a large pot. Make the bechamel-sauce; melt the butter, add the milk and stir vigourusly. Bring to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Add parmesan-cheese and nutmeg. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes. Stir.
Add the bechamel -tomatoe sauce to the vegetables.
