I tried a buffalo chicken salad meal at my favorite Paleo lunch spot – Green Goodies in Oklahoma City a few weeks ago and just had to try recreating this recipe. It was easy, tasty and oh-so-delicious!
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 3/4 cups shredded carrots
- 3/4 cups chopped celery
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 cup Sir Kennsington mayonnaise (or other homemade mayo)
