Frittataliciously Good Frittata


Cook a good breakfast for yourself, and you’re all set for the day.  Cook breakfast for someone, get major pogi points.

The Refrigerator
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1 small potato or several marbled potatoes
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese
  • Cheese spread
  • 1 spoonful of corned beef, bacon, or pastrami
  • 4 olives or 1 small tomato
  • salt and pepper

In a large bowl, whisk 5 eggs until they double in volume. Make sure you use your muscles to incorporate a lot of air into them.  To get an even workout for your shoulders and biceps, switch hands after 20 to 30 seconds of whisking.

Using a coarse grater, grate the potatoes and the cheese

04 potato Don’t bother peeling the potatoes – the skin adds that extra bit of flavor. Just make sure you wash them well.
